Cancellation policy
It is understood that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of the practice and to accommodate the needs of all the clients, we have i the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Booking and Payment:
- All appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will be eligible for rescheduling at a convenient time without charge.
- To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Holme Farm Physiotherapy at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. No Show and Late Cancellations:
- Appointments that are not attended (no shows) or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the full appointment fee will be forfeited.
4. Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
- We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
